1. Hyundai Asia Resources, Inc.’s (HARI) Special Service Promo, “5X5 L.O.V.E.” is open to all customers who will purchase the Hyundai Grand Starex, Santa Fe or Tucson from any authorized Hyundai dealership nationwide from February 1 to 29, 2020.
2. Every purchase of a Hyundai Grand Starex, Santa Fe or Tucson from any authorized dealer nationwide entitles the customer to a free 5-YEAR or 100,000km basic Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS). Terms and Conditions apply.
3. This Special Service promo can be availed by customers who will purchase a Hyundai Grand Starex, Santa Fe or Tucson thru cash payments or bank financing.
4. This promo can be availed in conjunction with any sales promotions (sales discounts, low down payments, etc.) offered by HARI or any of its authorized dealers.

1. This offer is packaged with every brand-new Hyundai Grand Starex, Santa Fe or Tucson purchased during the promo period (based on the Sales Invoice’s date).
2. Only the basic PMS package is covered (with no added cost to customers).
3. Customers are entitled to a free basic PMS package (i.e., PMS parts, lubes, and PMS labor) for every scheduled service for up to 5 years or 100,000 kms (whichever comes first), for a total of 21 PMS packages.
4. For other items and repairs needed (which are not included in the basic PMS package as specified in the mechanics), the costs involved will be subject to the approval of the owner and charged to the owner’s account.
5. To keep the warranty valid, customers must bring the vehicle for PMS on the following maintenance schedules:
First month or 1,000 kms
Third month or 5,000 kms
Every three (3) months or every 5,000 kms, thereafter
6. If the customer fails to bring the vehicle for a particular PMS within the recommended mileage or period, the next applicable PMS package with the bigger coverage shall be applied.
7. A PMS skipped for any reason shall be deemed waived.
8. A Special Service Passport shall be issued to the customer upon vehicle release.
9. The Special Service Passport is exclusive to the VIN indicated therein; hence it can be used by the subsequent owner(s) of the vehicle.
10. The Special Service Passport shall be honored at all authorized Hyundai dealers.
11. The PMS packages indicated in the Special Service Passport shall be unaffected by any PMS related price changes or adjustments in the future.
12. The free service package is non-convertible to cash, nor can it be used in conjunction with any other Service Promotion.
13. The PMS schedule sheet in the Special Service Passport will be utilized to monitor the free PMS availment.
